Machine Introduction
This automatic bottle filling and capping machine, also known as inline filling capping machine or automatic screw capper, integrates liquid filling, cap sorting, cap feeding and screw capping in one monoblock unit. It is a professional liquid bottle filler widely used for liquid, lotion, cream, syrup and semi-viscous materials. The machine adopts piston filling or peristaltic pump filling according to product viscosity, featuring stable filling volume and low dripping. It can automatically sort caps, pick caps and tighten screw caps. Suitable for round bottles, flat bottles, plastic bottles and glass bottles. This cosmetic bottling machine can work standalone or connect with labeling machine to form a complete filling capping production line. Changhaohuifeng supports non-standard customization based on your bottle size, material and production capacity.
