Machine Introduction
This pneumatic tube punching machine is specially developed for cosmetic and pharmaceutical soft tube production. It solves common problems in manual tube punching: tube deformation, inconsistent hole size, burrs on hole edges and high rework rate. Adopts cylinder driving, stable punching force. Fixture positioning keeps tube fixed during processing. Punching position can be adjusted freely in all directions. Quick-change die design supports different hole diameters. It can work as standalone unit or integrate with tube filling & sealing production line. Widely compatible with PE tubes, ABL laminated tubes for hand cream, facial cleanser, ointment, toothpaste and other tube packaging.
